What will your typical day look like?

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to support investment reporting, budget tracking, and executive-level meetings. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, financial insight, and executive communication, requiring the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, decision-ready outputs.

Success in this role depends on the ability to manage stakeholder interactions and operational rhythms, including meeting cadence tracking, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups to ensure alignment across teams. The candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, concise, and professional engagement with stakeholders at all levels.

A collaborative mindset is critical, with proven experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e., PivotTables, core formulas like SUMIFS, LOOKUP functions, etc.., data structuring)
• Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and reconciliation
• Data synthesis and executive storylining

Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to create clear, structured PowerPoint slides
• Experience with collaboration and stakeholder management

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
