DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Drive a portfolio of high-impact, revenue-growth strategy and advanced analytics initiatives, delivering data-driven, actionable insights to senior business leaders to optimize penetration of the total addressable market (TAM). Architect and execute complex queries across payments data, applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover payments patterns, competitor dynamics, and targeted revenue growth opportunities. Synthesize and visualize findings using enterprise-grade Business Intelligence platforms. Enable large-scale analytics workflows, integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance scalability, efficiency, and analytical depth. Develop and communicate sophisticated data narratives, utilizing advanced visualization techniques and compelling storytelling to drive opportunity prioritization, solution convergence, insight operationalization, and stakeholder engagement. Responsible for third-party market research, data aggregation, and benchmarking analyses, incorporating industry-leading datasets and state-of-the-art analytical methodologies to inform strategic decision-making. Construct robust business cases and ROI models, employing quantitative and qualitative analysis to prioritize opportunities and maximize financial outcomes. Drive strategic thinking and approach, guiding teams through complex problem-solving and analytical challenges, and ensuring methodological rigor. Shape and influence the strategic agenda as a trusted, objective, and data-driven advisor to senior leadership, driving alignment and informed decision-making. Drive initiative planning, resource allocation, and team mobilization, ensuring optimal deployment of skills, experience, and diverse perspectives to achieve project objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategy & Analytics, Analytics Manager, and Strategy Consultant. The employer will alternatively accept a PhD in Engineering Management, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Strategy & Analytics, Analytics Manager, and Strategy Consultant.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Employing sophisticated financial modeling techniques including time-series analysis and regression, and using syndicated financial data sources to perform TAM (Total Addressable Market) quantification, growth projection, competitor benchmarking, and deriving insights to inform revenue growth strategy; Conducting strategic financial management analyses including M&A acquisition prospecting and translating quantitative information into actionable insights that can be leveraged by both analytic and non- analytic stakeholders; Designing and implementing statistical and machine learning algorithms in Python, including Multivariate Regression, Logistic Regression, K-means Clustering, Principal Component Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Random Forest; Synthesizing and visualizing strategic insights using advanced functionalities in Tableau or Qlik, including dynamic worksheet parameter controls, geo mapping, Top N and conditional filtering, conditional formatting, custom calculated fields, Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, and performance optimization including context filters; Performing mass data queries using SQL, including window functions, common table expressions (CTEs), nested queries, advanced joins, unions, triggers, data type manipulations, Top N suppression, and other advanced operations; Performing data manipulation, data structuring, data design flow, and query optimization using Alteryx, Python, or R, including formula and expression tools, advanced joins and data cleaning, and multi-row calculations; Designing and developing interactive Excel reports with advanced functionalities, including Excel dashboards, pivot tables and charts, lookup functions, index-match, data analysis add-ons, conditional formatting, and data validation.
