Responsibilities

We are seeking a Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager to lead Peraton’s relationships with hyperscalers and emerging technology providers, including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, NVIDIA, and next‑generation AI and cyber platforms. Based in Reston, Virginia, this role will shape how Peraton integrates cutting‑edge technologies into mission solutions, accelerates growth, and expands opportunities across priority federal and national security customers.

 

You will collaborate across engineering, capture, delivery, and executive teams to translate partner capabilities into mission‑aligned solutions and joint go‑to‑market strategies. This role is responsible for strengthening Peraton’s technology ecosystem and driving measurable impact on solution strategy, pipeline development, revenue, and enterprise partner relationships.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Development
    • Lead and grow relationships with hyperscalers and strategic technology partners
    • Develop multi‑year partnership strategies aligned to federal mission priorities
    • Maintain executive‑level engagement with cloud and technology partner leadership
    • Identify new market opportunities and partner‑driven growth across defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies
    • Influence capture and proposal strategies by integrating partner technology into differentiated solutions
    • Align internal stakeholders across engineering, capture, alliances, and delivery around partner strategy
    • Represent Peraton in executive briefings, strategy sessions, and joint initiatives
  • Joint Solution Development & Innovation
    • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to create joint reference architectures and mission solutions across cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, edge, and data platforms
    • Incubate differentiated solution offerings with partners to address emerging mission needs
    • Convert partner technologies, programs, and incentives into scalable go‑to‑market plays
    • Support development of reusable solution patterns that accelerate delivery across programs
  • Market Development & Revenue Growth
    • Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through collaborative partner strategies
    • Identify co‑sell opportunities, joint pursuits, and technology integrations that enhance mission outcomes
    • Support capture and proposal teams with partner alignment, technical differentiation, and solution strategy
    • Track success through partner‑sourced pipeline, joint wins, and expansion of strategic relationships
Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI/ML ecosystems, and modern mission architectures
  • Experience shaping federal capture strategies, proposals, or enterprise technology deployments
  • Ability to translate emerging technologies into mission‑aligned solutions and go‑to‑market strategies
  • Proven success developing partnership business plans, pipeline strategies, and measurable performance metrics

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
