Full Job Description
What We're Looking For:
The Senior Account Manager will be accountable for identifying and closing sales opportunities for one of Zebra's largest strategic Retail accounts. This position serves to strategically cross-sell Zebra's product portfolio with an emphasis on next generation EAI (Enterprise Asset Intelligence) Technology. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverage those relationships to Zebra's advantage.

Must reside in the US, near/around Bentonville, AR with the ability to work a hybrid in-office schedule 3 days/week. Some travel outside of Bentonville to be expected (~ 25%)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Drive profitable revenue growth by applying Solution Selling methodologies and articulating Zebra's value proposition against the competition.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customer and key decision-makers, influencing purchase decisions for moderate-to-large scale projects.
  • Strategic Positioning: Utilize market trends and customer insights to effectively position Zebra's portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve routine to moderately complex customer challenges (e.g., technical compatibility) by collaborating with internal technical resources.
  • Project Management: Manage a high volume of transactions and lead ad-hoc teams to deliver mid-complexity solutions and tailored projects.
  • Accountability: Consistently achieve individual revenue quotas while managing personal expenses and adhering to established pricing standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years of B2B sales experience selling technology-related solutions
  • Experience with and deep familiarity with Walmart if external, if internal deep knowledge and familiarity with customers in the Retail vertical
  • Must reside in the US, near/around Bentonville, AR with the ability to work a hybrid in-office schedule 3 days/week. Some travel outside of Bentonville to be expected (~ 25%)

Preferred requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional skills in relationship development and customer retention.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for rigorous sales forecasting and pipeline management, coupled with a strong grasp of sales analytics to guide business strategies.
  • Exhibit a unique, creative mindset capable of executing unconventional strategies to drive measurable business results.
  • A proven history of successfully managing and attaining large-scale sales quotas.


Pay Range:
$94,040.00 - $141,060.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 67% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
