Position Description & QualificationsReporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), the Strategic Project & Enablement Lead serves as a strategic partner and force multiplier, helping translate ideas into action by driving execution, fostering alignment, and ensuring critical initiatives deliver measurable business results.This highly visible position within the Corporate Human Resources organization plays a critical role in advancing strategic priorities, enabling organizational effectiveness, and supporting executive leadership. The Strategic Project & Enablement Lead partners closely with the Chief People Officer and key stakeholders across the business to manage high-impact initiatives, drive accountability, streamline processes, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, advanced technology proficiency, and proven project leadership experience. They are energized by turning ideas into action, navigating ambiguity, and creating structure that drives success across the organization.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in project management, program management, strategic operations, business enablement, human resources, management consulting, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to create executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, and compelling visual narratives.
- Proficient using Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency, communications, and decision-making.
- Proven project and program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution and measurable results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
