Job Overview:

The Strategic Program Manager is a high-impact, execution-focused role at the center of Ashley Digital's operating and reporting rhythm. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to own the structure and quality of the company's financial and operational reporting cadence - including MBRs, QBRs, and business infrastructure read-outs - ensuring information is accurate, well-organized, and decision-ready. At its core, this role is about synthesis and precision. You will take financial, operational, and cross-functional inputs and translate them into sharp, structured outputs that reflect what matters most. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable operating in ambiguity and executing at a high level of detail. Success requires strong judgment, exceptional work ethic, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight timelines.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own the MBR/QBR process and related business infrastructure read-outs - gathering inputs, synthesizing findings, and presenting clear, decision-ready updates to the Executive team
  • Build concise, high-quality presentations that communicate key insights, trends, and updates with precision and clarity
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to shape messaging, structure communication, and maintain a consistent operating cadence
  • Prepare materials for executive forums, ensuring content is tightly constructed, well-supported, and aligned to key priorities
  • Identify key themes, risks, and opportunities across the business by connecting signals across multiple inputs, and educating cross functional teams as needed
  • Drive follow-through on key actions and decisions, ensuring alignment and accountability across stakeholders
  • Continuously improve how information is gathered, structured, and communicated across the organization
  • Operate as a trusted, detail-oriented partner who can independently manage critical workstreams from start to finish
  • The responsibilities described above are not exhaustive. You may be asked, from time to time and as reasonably required by business needs, to perform other duties consistent with your skills and role, including work for or on behalf of our related entities. This job description does not constitute a contract of employment and may be modified at any time, subject to applicable law

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-growth technology companies, business operations, banking, consulting, or roles requiring strong written communication and cross-functional coordination with executive leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, a plus.
  • Comfort working with financial and operational data to support executive reporting cycles.
  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting (special projects/chief of staff functions) strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize large amounts of information into clear, concise outputs
  • Strong presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to create polished, executive-level materials
  • High attention to detail and consistently strong judgment on what matters and how to communicate it
  • Ability to operate with speed and precision in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and navigating cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take on highly iterative, detail-oriented work
  • Experience in high-growth, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer businesses is a plus
