    • Build negotiation frameworks for discounting and assay packages to guide the sales team in incentivizing client engagement across the full CTS portfolio.
    • Incorporate value positioning, cost considerations, labor burden, capacity availability, and innovation potential in close collaboration with Ops/QA/CPM/R&D into pricing decisions and offer structures.
  • Tool Development & Metrics Dashboards
    • Optimize pricing for custom and semi-custom services by maintaining existing pricing models and building new ones as required to maximize price-volume alignment, proposal efficiency, and capacity utilization.

    • Support S&OP through price effect forecasting, collaboration on data solutions, and capacity utilization analysis including reserved capacity offer development.
    • Maintain DOMO dashboards related to pricing, discounting, and sales packages, partnering with Shared Data Services on data sourcing and metrics infrastructure.
