In this role, you will shape and execute long-term facilities portfolio strategies that maximize asset value, manage risk, and support business priorities across Ontario. You will lead capital investment planning, asset lifecycle management, portfolio performance monitoring, and sustainability initiatives while collaborating with business partners and service providers to strengthen operational excellence and business continuity.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead long-term facilities portfolio strategies, asset lifecycle plans, and investment roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and business priorities.
  • Drive capital planning, project prioritization, and funding recommendations through asset criticality assessments, lifecycle evaluations, and risk-based analysis.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, asset health, financial trends, and key metrics to optimize investments and support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, financial, and business continuity risks across the facilities portfolio.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, business partners, and service providers to improve reliability, service delivery, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Champion sustainability, energy efficiency, cost optimization, continuous improvement, and the use of technology and asset management best practices.


Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in asset management, facilities management, operations, or portfolio management.
  • Strategic experience developing capital plans, lifecycle strategies, business cases, and risk-based investment recommendations for large or complex asset portfolios.
  • Knowledgeable inasset management principles, lifecycle cost analysis, facility condition assessments, building systems, regulatory compliance, and asset criticality frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, dashboard development, and portfolio performance reporting.
  • Technologically proficientwith Integrated Workplace Management Systems, CMMS, or Enterprise Asset Management platforms. Experience in utilities, energy, industrial or commercial environments, sustainability, energy management, or decarbonization is preferred.
  • Holding a PMP, P.Eng, C.E.T., FMP, CFM, or a related professional designation is an asset.


Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role with frequent onsite activity at Enbridge offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and vendor or supplier locations.
  • Occasional travel of approximately 20% may be required. Ability to travel and work throughout Canada and the United States is required. A valid passport is required.
  • A valid Ontario G-class driver's licence and maintenance of a responsible driving record are required and will be validated before hire.
  • Periods of elevated workload and pressure may occur while supporting critical initiatives, tight timelines, and senior-level deliverables.
  • Independent work and collaboration with internal partners, external service providers, regulatory agencies, consultants, and contractors are required.


Salary:
  • Ranges from $94,500 - $125,000 CAD for Canadian locations (except Alberta) based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
