About the job

As the Strategic Partner Development Manager for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB), you will drive the recruitment strategy for new partners and accelerate their adoption of Google Cloud services. You will collaborate across Google Cloud's Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and customer-facing organizations to foster executive alignment, develop co-innovation plans for new solutions, and orchestrate the co-sell motion between Google Cloud and partner sales organizations.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $140000 - $203000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with core sellers and channel partners to reach as many SMB accounts with our Google Cloud solutions.
  • Own the enablement, alignment, and introductions for our core sellers and drive prioritization of Google Cloud portfolio across all sellers and corresponding channel partners.
  • Construct and execute a territory development plan.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, Channels, Product, and Engineering teams to understand the needs of the customer and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Develop and drive pipeline, to manage cycles leading from generation to customer onboarding, and build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction.
