In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, Infrastructure.
You will:- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and select strategic charging partners to accelerate the acquisition of Waymo's long-term infrastructure, directly supporting global scale and international growth
- Deal Execution & Onboarding: Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully onboard partners to efficiently source ideal charging sites
- Internal Navigation: Shepherd complex charging site deals through internal cross-functional decision-making and approval processes
- Partner Governance: Serve as the primary partner management lead and ultimate escalation point for ongoing relationship health and operational issues
You have:- 8+ years of experience in partner management, partner development, or account management
- Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders at mobility or charging companies
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and highly collaborative environment
- Experience conducting business and negotiating contracts internationally
- Experience working cross-functionally within an organization and driving decision-making
We prefer:- Experience attending and speaking at conferences
- Willingness to take calls that align with international partner hours
- Excellent communication and superior analytical skills, meticulous in following-up, able to deliver results under pressure, and keen presentation skills
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
