The Opportunity
As a Client Strategy Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, confirming their needs are met and providing exceptional service. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the firm. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining a positive reputation for the organization.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC, you will utilize market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organizational targets. Your work will involve understanding client goals, managing accounts, and utilizing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to confirm needs are met and provide exceptional service
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to engage clients and capture new business opportunities
- Managing accounts and employing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty with clients
- Leading teams in planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet organizational targets
- Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvement and business growth
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption
- Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
