Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join our AI Partnerships Team at Meta. You will play a crucial role in driving global partnerships to support our cutting-edge AI products. At Meta, we have been pioneering advanced approaches to AI for over a decade. Through our open approach, we have been investing in the future of AI in collaboration with experts across the field on projects such as PyTorch, AI supercomputers, AI infrastructure, AI for accessibility, Llama and more. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing partnership strategies that drive growth, building trusted C-Suite relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results. We are looking for a leader who shows interest in AI and enjoys working with product teams and multiple partners. You should have a demonstrated track record in navigating cross-functional teams to achieve your goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage partnership strategies from deal development to product launches, focusing on delivering results
• Identify and analyze complex business problems and develop novel, impactful solutions. Develop recommendations and a clear, substantiated point-of-view on a plan of record. Exhibit a solutions-oriented approaches to issues, driving to timely resolutions
• Build and maintain durable, long-term relationships with leadership at partner companies, as well as internal stakeholders within Meta. Effectively communicate strategic recommendations and updates to executive leadership
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, operations, data science, engineering, product management, legal, and policy teams to ensure alignment around key initiatives and partner engagements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders working on partnerships. Advocate for partner needs internally and for strategies that drive more durable partnerships
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI industry
• Analyze key business metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive change for both partners and internally within product stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
• 7+ years of work experience in business development, partnerships, strategy or a related field
• Sound business judgment and experience to prioritize and triage partner-related issues, develop solutions, and effectively motivate internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal
• Highly strategic and experienced in leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate, collaborate, and successfully seize opportunities
• Experience in a deadline-focused and highly ambiguous start-up environment
• Resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized with great communication skills
• BA/BS Degree

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing trusted working relationships, garnering respect, and growing influence inside and outside a product organization
• Experience in AI products and technologies such as AI models, use-cases, and systems
• Skilled at navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts
• Prior experience in business engagements
• High awareness of public policy matters and their influence on high tech business strategy
