Position Summary:The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Rangen Group's marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation efforts across its livestock, pet, and aquaculture businesses. This role transforms technical and nutrition-focused information into compelling customer-facing messaging that supports sales growth, strengthens brand awareness, and drives customer engagement. Working closely with leadership, sales, and product development teams, the Marketing Manager develops and executes integrated marketing initiatives, digital strategies, content, and events while helping build and scale Rangen's marketing capabilities as the company grows.

What You'll Do:Brand Strategy & Positioning - Turn complex nutrition science into compelling, customer-ready stories
- Shape and strengthen the Rangen brand as we continue to grow and evolve
- Identify emerging trends and turn insights into action
Demand Generation & Digital Marketing - Build marketing campaigns that drive demand-not just impressions
- Lead our website, digital presence, and lead generation strategy
Content & Customer Engagement - Create meaningful content across digital, technical, and sales channels
- Develop and execute trade show, event, and sponsorship strategies that increase customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our market position
Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner closely with leadership, sales, and R&D to drive market success
Team Development - Build, develop, and scale the marketing team as the organization grows
Travel Requirement: 25-50%

What Makes You a Great Fit:- 5-8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- 2-5 years of experience leading and developing teams
- Experience in agriculture, animal nutrition, or life sciences strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- A track record of launching campaigns that drive measurable business growth
- The ability to serve as a trusted strategic partner to sales teams
- A commitment to building customer trust and strengthening brand recognition
- The insight and business acumen to provide valuable direction to leadership
Salary Description
$95,000 to $118,000
