Job Summary: The Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will assume a pivotal role in managing and driving key strategic projects and programs within the Prominence Health enterprise. This role calls for development, organization, and facilitation of Prominence Health Plan's commercial and Medicare Advantage products, system and infrastructure improvements, and vendor selection and implementation. This role will provide essential support to the organizational business teams in the development, implementation, and compliance of new and renewing commercial and Medicare clients, products, and vendors.
The role involves coordinating leadership, cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. Regular travel is required to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.

Qualifications Qualifications and Requirements: - Experience with NCQA, URAC, or other health plan accreditation standards, State and Federal laws, regulations, policies, and practices for the administration of Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plan, and managed care organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, strategy, or a related field in the healthcare industry. At least 5 years of experience managing product strategy. Experience with product marketing, underwriting or actuarial analysis can be a substitute for well-qualified candidates. At least 3 years of experience with special needs plan (I/C/D), CMS bid process, commercial health plan offerings, and/or a Medicaid managed care program that includes dual-eligibles.
- Project or Program Management Professional (PMP/PgMP) or Agile certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, motivate, and lead interdisciplinary team of stakeholders across the organization to meet product-related deliverables and regulatory documentation.
- Supervisory experience and/or working with external healthcare providers and health systems, managing large budgets, project management, and demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze healthcare data. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on project requirements and company needs.
