We're hiring a strategic finance analyst to grow our finance team and help shape how we plan, analyze, and operate as a business. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll own core work-streams across modelling, forecasting, board reporting, and strategic analysis while partnering closely with leaders across the business. We're looking for someone with exceptional horsepower, strong business judgment, and a high standard for their own work. The work is varied - you'll shift between long-term modelling and day-to-day execution. What You'll Be Doing- Build detailed financial models and analyses to enable business planning and strategic decision making at all levels of the business
- Maintain and evolve the company's operating model
- Analyze trends and distill actionable insights to guide long-term strategy and day-to-day execution
- Support corporate finance workstreams including annual planning, forecasting, and board materials
- Establish excellent cross-functional relationships across the Company to source data, gather information, and deliver actionable, data-driven findings
- Deliver high-quality analysis that influences key business decisions
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve the speed, quality, and scale of work
What We're Looking For- 2-4 years of investment banking, private equity, or similar experience (TMT or SaaS coverage preferred)
- Excellent financial modeling skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain SaaS models
- In-depth understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders
- High bias to action and comfortable in high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Salary - The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD for US candidates and $100,000 - $120,000 CAD for Canadian candidates. Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographic location.
