Qualifications

• 3-5 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting, or FP&A.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or economics preferred.
• Demonstrates deep intellectual curiosity and critical thinking regarding business strategies.
• Adapts well in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling capabilities are necessary.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations required.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level financial planning and accounting systems is advantageous.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial reporting process with detailed variance analysis.
• Lead the quarterly forecasting cycles and assist in annual budget development.
• Build and sustain financial models for scenario planning and long-term strategy.
• Review and analyze studio-level P&L performance for trends and opportunities.
• Create KPI tracking frameworks and dashboards to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Manage ad hoc strategic projects and assess new investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and strategic communication.
• Prepare Board Meeting presentations, capturing financial performance and strategic recommendations.
