Fi is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate!

Fi is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to deliver strategic and analytical insight, support investor communications, and drive ROI-positive initiatives as the company scales. You'll work closely with Fi's leadership team to equip the business with the models, data, and financial rigor needed to guide decision-making and evaluate new opportunities. This role offers real ownership and visibility, with the chance to apply deep financial analysis, sound judgment, and creativity to meaningful problems inside a fast-growing, investor-backed company.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and maintain Fi's sales forecasts, financial models, and unit economics to support high-stakes decision-making
  • Partner with the Data team to define, analyze, and report core business KPIs and key drivers of consumer behavior
  • Prepare clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors
  • Work closely with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, alignment, and clarity across the business
  • Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and scaling efforts, bringing financial rigor to the company's highest-impact opportunities

$100,000 - $120,000 a year

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000-120,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
