Overview of the Position
As a Strategic Client Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to a portfolio of Renters Solutions clients. Depending on account size and complexity, your portfolio may include a small number of large, high-touch relationships or a broader group of accounts. You will guide day-to-day service, resolve escalations, lead complex implementations, and connect clients with the right teams and solutions. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on client leadership in a growing rental market. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
• Lead day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, providing responsive support, clear communication, and proactive guidance.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior and executive leaders.
• Coordinate reporting, service requests, claims escalations, and other client needs from intake through resolution.
• Monitor service performance, contractual commitments, key business metrics, and revenue goals; identify risks and mobilize action plans when needed.
• Prepare and lead annual and quarterly business reviews, translating performance data into recommendations, decisions, and next steps.
• Guide new client installations, software integrations, product launches, and program enhancements in partnership with internal teams.
• Research and resolve moderate to complex issues by connecting the right stakeholders, clarifying root causes, and communicating remediation plans.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client outcomes, support retention and growth, and improve how programs operate.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Product, Finance, Compliance, and executive leadership on contracts, renewals, audits, regulatory matters, and client commitments.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of client business arrangements from proposal and implementation through ongoing changes.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
• 3+ years of executive or strategic level support or account management to high-value clients.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple client needs and competing priorities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish rapport and guide client conversations.
What Other Skills / Experience Is Helpful to Have?
• Experience in P&C Insurance, property management, or housing industry is highly valuable.
How Much Should I Expect to Travel?
• Remote role based in the United States.
• Approximately 20% travel annually for client meetings, annual and quarterly business reviews, and other business or team meetings.
Pay Range:
$74,600.00 - $124,700.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
