Role Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to lead strategic account development efforts for key partner customers across the United States and Canada. This role is national in scope and reports to the Northern Division Manager.

This position is designed for a high-impact professional focused on building long-term partnerships and driving customer value through strategic collaboration, solution selling, and upstream engagement. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence and performance within major accounts by aligning our technologies with customer business objectives and project requirements.

You will work cross-functionally to shape project specifications, influence decision-makers at all levels-from ready-mix producers to architects, engineers, and owners-and ensure our solutions are embedded early in the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is growth-minded, customer-centric, and confident navigating complex, long-cycle sales engagements.
