As a Strategic Account Manager, Distributor Kitting Sales, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic growth with healthcare distributor kitting, kit and tray, OEM, custom procedure pack, and post-acute channel customers. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Developing deeper strategic relationships with assigned healthcare distributor kitting, custom procedure pack, post-acute, IDN, GPO, and supply chain customers to promote the Medical Surgical division of Solventum.
  • Developing and implementing strategies and tactics for business retention, profitable growth, product standardization, and pull-through within assigned customers.
  • Identifying, developing, and converting new growth opportunities for Solventum products used as components in medical procedure kits, trays, packs, and related healthcare distribution channels.
  • Serving as the primary commercial contact for kitting-related business needs, including sourcing requests, product information, new product introductions, substitutions, documentation, pricing coordination, contract alignment, and operational issue resolution.
  • Providing strategic direction to field sales teams and distributor partners to drive compliance, clinical value, customer pull-through, and growth across highlighted portfolios.
  • Monitoring account performance, sales trends, point-of-sale data, share shift, competitive activity, operational barriers, and business risks to protect and grow revenue.
  • Creating, presenting, and delivering insights using executive communication skills, including customer insights, growth forecasts, account risks, contract status, operational updates, and innovative approaches to value-based contracts and customer data sets.
  • Identifying opportunities using data trends, industry partners, Salesforce pipeline management, customer needs, distributor program performance, and organizational goals to meet growth objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, contracts, pricing, customer service, regulatory, quality, operations, supply chain, and field sales, to ensure strategic alignment and timely resolution of barriers impacting kit inclusion, product availability, order flow, and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and implementing strategic and operational account plans, business reviews, field engagement plans, and distributor program execution by leveraging project management skills and strong commercial judgment.
