Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain is recruiting for a Standard Enablement Analyst, located in Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.

This role supports governance and end-to-end lifecycle management for Supply Chain Standards within the SCE Operational Services team. This role is responsible for enabling disciplined, efficient, and compliant standards processes across creation, review, approval, communication, reporting, and ongoing maintenance.

This position serves as a key partner to standards owners and cross-functional stakeholders by providing governance expertise, actionable reporting, and process support across the standards framework. The candidate should bring strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to translate data into insights, monitor performance, and inform leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Standards Governance & Lifecycle Management

Support and sustain governance processes across the full standards lifecycle, including development, review, approval, publication, revision, and retirement.Maintain standards management procedures, templates, and controls to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Partner with standards owners and stakeholders to provide guidance on governance requirements, document expectations, and lifecycle milestones. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that strengthen governance, transparency, and user experience. Draft and distribute communications to support awareness of new, revised, or retiring standards and governance expectations.

Governance Reporting & Program Monitoring

Monitor standards governance performance through structured reporting, metrics, and regular status updates.Generate dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reporting that provide visibility to standards health, review cycle adherence, risks, and overall lifecycle status. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and improve governance effectiveness. Support operational reviews by tracking milestones, overdue actions, and compliance to lifecycle requirements.

Standards Support, Stakeholder Engagement & Execution

Provide day-to-day governance and lifecycle support to standards owners and business partners. Coordinate and monitor periodic review activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to required review cycles. Perform document management review and approval activities within enterprise document systems, including TruVault. Develop job aids, training materials, and knowledge transfer content to support adoption and continuity.

Collaborate with SCE and Operational Services teams to drive alignment, resolve issues, and improve standards execution.

Digital Enablement

Apply a digital-first mindset to identify, support, and implement improvements using automation, AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and other scalable technologies. Partner with technical and business teams to enhance digital solutions that improve standards governance, reporting, and lifecycle visibility. Champion continuous improvement by testing new approaches and recommending solutions that reduce manual effort and increase process effectiveness

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree is required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience across Supply Chain, governance, document management, operational excellence, or related business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working in global, matrixed environments and partnering with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience developing dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and leadership-ready status reporting.
  • Knowledge of governance models, standards lifecycle management, and document or training management processes.
  • Experience with enterprise document management systems and digital tools used to support governance, reporting, and workflow execution.
  • Functions independently with limited direction, exercises sound judgment, and escalates issues appropriately.
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identifies opportunities to simplify, standardize, and enhance business processes.

Preferred:

  • Digital mindset: Demonstrates curiosity and comfort with digital advancement opportunities, including automation, AI-enabled tools, and analytics-driven process improvement.
  • Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools to support decision-making and business insight generation.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft 365 tools; strong proficiency with digital productivity tools and AI-assisted ways of working.

  • Up to 10% domestic (US) travel may be required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
