Job Details:Job Description:In this position you will participate in the development and validation of tools, flows, and collaterals related to standard cell library reliability - electromigration, thermal effects and voltage drop. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Workflow optimization
- Vendor engagement for tool requirements and development
- Foundry engagement for tool requirements
- Customer facing documentation
- Developer facing documentation
- Collateral generation
- Collateral validation across multiple usage scenarios
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related academic field with 3+ years of professional work experience or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related academic field with 2+ years professional work experience.
- The candidate must possess an understanding of electromigration and thermal effects on transistors and interconnect.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required with the ability to tailor the communication based on the audience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Unix proficiency and basic software skills using command line languages (csh, bash, perl, python) are highly valued.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $122,440.00-232,190.00 USD
