Full Job Description
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) is a key member of the Community Investing and Development (CID) team, primarily supporting stakeholder engagement and reporting. The CID team works to advance economic opportunity through impact investing, employee volunteerism, the philanthropy of the Citi Foundation and fulfillment of regulatory obligations including the Community Reinvestment Act in the U.S. The AVP will coordinate and support stakeholder engagement and reporting efforts in collaboration with teams across Enterprise Services and Public Affairs, including colleagues in corporate communications and government affairs, as well as other corporate functions, such as legal.

Responsibilities:

  • Content development for flagship campaigns that showcase CID's approach and impact through its philanthropy, equity investing and volunteerism


  • Contribute to impact reporting, including regulatory reporting, corporate reporting and flagship initiative reports


  • Draft submissions for third-party assessment and recognition activities, including awards, surveys and ratings/rankings


  • Produce internal materials (i.e. toolkits, fact sheets) to support CID team members in speaking opportunities, convenings and publications


  • Work with external vendors and partners to produce creative assets, such as graphics, videos, one-pagers, etc.


  • Support the production of executive-level briefing materials and presentations for CID's leadership team


  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of CID and Citi Foundation platforms, including webpages, SharePoint sites, social media, email inboxes, etc.


  • Coordinate and maintain the team's project pipeline and reporting cadence, ensuring visibility into milestones, priorities, progress and upcoming deliverables


  • Track key metrics to measure the success of CID's stakeholder engagement and reporting efforts and flagship campaigns to inform decision making


  • Contribute to benchmarking and analysis initiatives to identify best practices and areas for improvement in stakeholder engagement and reporting efforts


  • Ensure adherence to all compliance standards and facilitate approval processes for internal/external content production


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility or related fields


  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, (both written and verbal), with a proven ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership


  • Advanced project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives


  • Analytical, strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail


  • Proven ability to drive initiatives autonomously


  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and thrive in fast-paced environments


  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Strategic integration and leveraging of AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reporting and engagement
