You will be part of a rapidly growing team responsible for harness schematics, component selection, PCBA and sensor interfaces, as well as working with vendors and in-house test teams for validation testing. The staff harness engineer shall have had exposure to a broad range of technical challenges and methods in the context of product development, including sealed component selection, EMI mitigation, DFM/DFA considerations. Cross-team collaboration throughout the product development organization is a critical part of this role, so systems-level thinking and multidisciplinary engineering are key traits of a successful candidate.
Relocation assistance is available.
