  • Support root cause investigations using structured problem-solving tools and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in equipment design reviews, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and production readiness activities.
  • Design or improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, reliability, ergonomics, and manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Operations, and external vendors.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 1-4 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, automation, or mechanical design (internship and co-op experience considered).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing equipment and production processes.
  • Experience analyzing engineering or manufacturing data using Excel, JMP, Minitab, Python, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues using a structured approach.
