Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.

As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations) in HUE Futures, you will combine strategic thinking, exceptional portfolio management skills, a passion for user experience, and impeccable collaboration practices to guide teams toward deeper understanding of-and purposeful action related to- the next generation of users and technology.

You'll harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, UX Engineers, while working closely with cross-functional Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Strategy partners (and more), to drive the organization's highest priority objectives and create innovative experiences for our business, products, and users.

You'll set the stage and a highly collaborative tone for key programs and initiatives: steering strategies, developing detailed project plans, defining milestones, assessing risks, creating actionability, with a keen eye toward manifesting tangible impacts, all while maintaining an exceptional quality bar and creating visibility & understanding across core working teammates and cross-organization stakeholders.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
