With expertise in testing and debugging embedded systems, we ensure that our enterprise PCIe NVMe SSD products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Design and conduct comprehensive test and validation plans for PCIe and NVMe enterprise solid-state drives (eSSDs). Implement coordinated efforts to debug and resolve eSSD issues and system issues.
- Oversee the progress of testing and validating, identify potential issues, ensure compliance with design specifications, as well as with customer standards and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including SOC, FW, HW, SQA, CAE, and FAE, to address and resolve product challenges.
- Understand industry spec and customers spec, perform test gap analysis to ensure seamless integration and reliability.
- Foster open communication channels to facilitate efficient problem-solving and enhance the overall product quality.
- Provide customer support. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and prompt responses.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in PCIe, NVMe, OCP, NVMe-MI, and/or SMBus protocols.
- Proficient in programming languages such as python, C/C++, etc.
- 3+ years of storage-related experience.
- Experience with bus analyzers and trace evaluation tools.
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of Linux Kernel and drivers is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SSD and storage architectures is a plus.
- Strong failure analysis and system-level debugging skill is preferred.
- Experience with Embedded firmware
- Experience with lab equipment and tools.
