About the roleThe Data Cloud team is building an end-to-end analytics and business intelligence system for our customers and will replace their need for Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and data pipelines. We are building systems for ingestion, transformation, lineage, data catalogs and visualization. Most companies cobble together data pipelines from Fivetran, Airbyte, Airflow, DBT, Snowflake, DataBricks, Kafka and a host of other technologies. Rippling is in the unique position of being the source of the vast majority of this data, hence we can provide an all encompassing solution out of the box. In addition, we are exploring the use of ML and LLMs to provide automated insight generation and conversational experiences to allow data consumers to have a virtual data scientist as their analytics copilot.
We just launched our data pipelines product to beta customers and have strong demand for over 100+ connector types. As we go to GA this will expand to thousands of connectors for 100s of thousands of customers moving billions of rows of data to power our data analytics and AI based analytics products. We support API based integration as well JDBC, Open Telemetry based data ingestion. We are at the forefront of agentic development through test harnesses at Rippling. In addition we need someone who can handle pipelines that sync billions or rows of data daily across a multi-tenant system with tens of thousands of customers.
