Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Program Manager to support Oura's product go-to-market strategy and execution. As a Staff Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end launch readiness for your products - from NPI milestones through retail and channel activation - working closely with cross-functional teams to drive on-time, high-quality launches. Your ability to manage complex work streams, communicate across functions, and keep execution on track will be essential to the success of your products and the broader GTM organization.

What you will do:
  • Own cross-functional global launch readiness across all GTM workstreams - ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, customer care, finance, marketing, and physical retail - ensuring every function is aligned and ready to execute on launch day
  • Track milestones, surface risks, and drive decisions across workstreams from NPI through post-launch, serving as the connective tissue between teams
  • Own launch performance tracking and post-launch retrospectives, translating insights into actionable improvements and executive-ready reporting
  • Partner with GTM leadership to develop repeatable frameworks, launch playbooks, and operating cadences that improve execution quality across the team

We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations. This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, New York, or Boston.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:
  • 10+ years of program management experience in consumer technology, with a track record of leading complex hardware product launches
  • Hands-on experience coordinating launch readiness across ecommerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, customer care, and marketing - you've worked with these teams before and understand how they operate
  • Strong track record of managing ambiguity across many concurrent workstreams and stakeholders without losing the thread
  • Clear, direct communicator who can synthesize complexity for leadership and drive alignment when teams aren't naturally in sync
  • Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to building the frameworks and playbooks that prevent them from recurring

Benefits

At Oura, we care about you and your well-being. Everyone here at Oura has a ring of their own and we are continually looking to improve employee health and add to our benefits!

What we offer:
  • Competitive salary and equity packages
  • Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources
  • An Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family
  • 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off
  • Paid sick leave and parental leave
  • Amazing culture of collaborative and passionate coworkers

These ranges may be modified in the future.
