Full Job Description
Join us as a Staff Technical Product Manager, Integrations and lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of our integrations ecosystem. In this highly strategic and deeply technical role, you'll own the vision and roadmap for how our platform connects with the systems our customers rely on most - including Salesforce, iPaaS partners, APIs, data pipelines, and emerging ecosystem integrations.
We're looking for a rare combination of strong product instincts and deep technical fluency: someone who can think like a platform architect while obsessing over customer outcomes and usability. This role is ideal for a technical PM or engineering leader who has successfully transitioned into product management and thrives in highly cross-functional environments.
You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and executive leadership to build scalable, reliable, and extensible integration capabilities that power mission-critical fundraising workflows for nonprofits and enterprise customers.

Candidates considered for this position will be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role with expectations to work from our SF office 3x per week.
The Job
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for our integrations ecosystem, including Salesforce, APIs, middleware, and platform extensibility
  • Lead highly technical product initiatives across integrations, platform infrastructure, and ecosystem capabilities
  • Build scalable, reliable, and secure integrations that help customers seamlessly manage fundraising workflows and data across systems
  • Drive the evolution of our Salesforce integrations ecosystem, including Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC), NPSP, AppExchange capabilities, APIs, and workflow automation
  • Shape the future of our platform and API strategy, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term architectural investments
  • Partner deeply with Engineering to define technical requirements, influence system design decisions, and deliver robust integration capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, GTM, Customer Success, Partnerships, Security, Legal, and Infrastructure teams to execute effectively
  • Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding how nonprofits and enterprise organizations manage operational workflows, integrations, and data ecosystem
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform roadmap prioritization, define success metrics, and continuously improve customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with strategic partners, including Salesforce and integration providers, to stay ahead of platform capabilities, certifications, and ecosystem opportunities
  • Drive strong execution by transforming ambiguity into clear priorities, sequencing work effectively, mitigating risk, and aligning stakeholders across complex initiatives
  • Ensure integrations meet high standards for scalability, reliability, security, privacy, and compliance
  • Champion your product internally by building alignment, clarity, and excitement across teams while influencing without direct authority
  • Mentor and influence other PMs while contributing to product management best practices across the organization

You
  • Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling platform or integrations products that drive measurable customer and business impact
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills grounded in data, customer insight, and sound technical judgment
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams to deliver technically sophisticated products at scale
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, workflows, objects, AppExchange ecosystems, and automation tooling
  • Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, integration architectures, and platform ecosystems
  • Strong AI fluency and demonstrated understanding of emerging AI/LLM capabilities, including how AI can be applied to integration workflows, automation, developer tooling, and customer experiences.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows, including comfort leveraging AI across product discovery, technical planning, experimentation, and execution
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership, align teams, and drive execution across complex stakeholder groups
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and lead through complexity
  • Humility, curiosity, and a strong bias toward learning and continuous improvement
  • A builder mindset with high ownership, strong curiosity, and a passion for solving complex systems problems
  • Bonus: prior engineering experience or an engineering-to-product management career path

Preferred
  • Prior experience as a software engineer or technical architect
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms, developer ecosystems, or enterprise workflow tooling
  • Experience working on enterprise SaaS or infrastructure/platform products
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
  • MBA or background in consulting, systems strategy, or technical operations

Why this role matters

Integrations are foundational to how our customers operate. This role sits at the center of product strategy, platform scalability, customer workflows, and ecosystem expansion. You'll have the opportunity to shape core infrastructure and deliver capabilities that directly impact customer growth, retention, and operational efficiency at scale.
