About The Opportunity

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager to own our Delivery Estimation and Fulfillment strategy. You will sit at the intersection of end users (diners, merchants, couriers), logistics, and engineering, ensuring our delivery network is accurate, highly efficient, and best-in-class

The Impact You Will Make
  • Drive Fulfillment Strategy: Partner with logistics operations, product, and technology teams to develop short- and long-term strategic roadmaps that ensure our fulfillment network is best-in-class.
  • Define the "Why": Create opportunity analyses and strategic documentation that map a breadth of opportunities to our overarching business goals, ensuring full stakeholder visibility.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Host and facilitate recurring meetings with logistics, engineering, data science, and product stakeholders to maintain alignment on key objectives.
  • Author Product Briefs: Write clear Product Opportunity Assessment documents and Product Briefs that detail high-level outcomes and guide development for our delivery estimation system.
  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead projects from early definition and problem scoping through to execution, working cross-functionally to ensure the built solution solves the right problems.
  • Drive Agile Development: Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, translating formal Product Briefs into actionable JIRA epics and tickets for the development team.
  • Improve System Accuracy: Deliver features and optimizations that directly improve the precision, reliability, and performance of the delivery estimation system.
  • Leverage Analytics: Write SQL queries in Redash to uncover performance trends, identify irregularities, and measure the impact of product changes.
  • Run Experiments: Design, submit, and facilitate experiments to test stakeholder hypotheses and drive iterative improvements.
  • Lead User & System Research: Own qualitative and quantitative research to better define the needs of users, stakeholders, and backend systems. Translate complex data into cohesive narratives and visualizations.

What You Bring To The Table
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in logistics, marketplace platforms, gig economy, or operations-heavy tech; shipped 0-to-1 products that reached meaningful scale
  • Strong technical and data fluency, with hands-on experience using SQL (Redash, DataGrip, or similar) and establishing metrics frameworks.
  • Strong technical fluency to partner effectively with AI/ML engineers
  • Experience with complex systems, specifically routing, delivery estimation (ETA), or logistics network optimization.
  • Experimentation expertise, with a proven track record of designing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and using analytics to iterate toward product goals.
  • Track record of cross-functional leadership, successfully shipping products under tight timelines while partnering with design, engineering, operations research, and business teams.
  • Startup-ready mindset, featuring rapid prototyping, crisp scoping, clear communication, and comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience designing AI-powered workflows or tools that hide complexity from users, making sophisticated capabilities feel simple and intuitive.
  • Proven ability to define and validate business models, working with finance and operations teams to ensure unit economics work while building products users love.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
