Full Job Description
Who You Are

As a hands-on Product Manager at Euclid, you'll be a strategic leader who bridges the gap from customer pain points to product launches, helping our business (and customers) scale into the future. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, ops, and our end users, you'll identify the most important problems to solve, frame them, and drive outcomes.

By diving deep to understand our user's workflows, you'll turn hard, ambiguous problems into simple, easy to use features. Your ability to navigate complexity and ruthlessly prioritize your team's work will ensure we're making the most customer impact in the ever evolving world of renewables.

Euclid is a remote-first company with offices in Portland, NYC, and SF. This role is open to individuals based in the United States.
These are some of the exciting projects that we've recently shipped:
  • Red Flag Snapshot: A 24-hour AI-assisted, human-in-the-loop diligence to help renewable energy investors screen investment opportunities
  • AI-Powered Document Intelligence: AI tools that automatically classify documents and extract key data points into a structured, usable data model
  • Workflow & Collaboration Tools: Critical tools for renewable energy developers and investors to manage their work (e.g., project budgets, schedules, compliance trackers, etc.)
What You'll Do
  • Own early-stage product definition, from problem discovery to well-articulated PRDs, on ambiguous, high-leverage bets.
  • Embed directly with strategic customers, get into the weeds on their workflows, and translate what you learn into product solutions.
  • Drive engineering and design forward through influence, breaking down complex problems and building alignment without formal authority.
  • Make high-stakes product and technical tradeoffs, and contribute to Euclid's long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably a startup (series A to growth) and/or a software-driven services company.
  • A history of independently leading high-impact product initiatives through ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align engineering, design, and executive stakeholders without managing them.
  • A strong product sense, a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems.
  • Comfort operating with little structure: you set the priority, the framing, and the bar.
  • World-class written and spoken communication skills, the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame.
  • An understanding of how web applications are architected, and the implications for how products are built.
  • Preferred: direct experience in solar, renewables, or energy, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into a technical domain and earn credibility with expert customers.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • ⌨ Remote work, forever!
  • Competitive, benchmarked compensation
  • Health and retirement benefits
  • Flexible time off
  • Exciting, mission-driven work that has impact
  • 🎈 Regular company off-sites
How You'll Be Compensated

The starting base salary for this role is between $189,000 and $210,000. Employees also receive equity in the form of options and benefits coverage.
