We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires managing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-informed decisions to enhance product offerings. The ideal candidate will leverage emerging technologies to innovate and deliver impactful solutions while effectively engaging stakeholders. This position demands strong strategic thinking and leadership to guide product initiatives from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.
About the team:
The team leads the development of essential capabilities supporting replenishment and inventory planning systems within a larger organization focused on omni-channel planning and order management. This highly visible, cross-functional group employs analytical and data-driven approaches, directly influencing key replenishment decisions and business outcomes. Positioned at the intersection of Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Supplier functions, the team collaborates with a broad range of domain experts. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful decisions across the business by leveraging product strategy, roadmaps, stakeholder management, and emerging technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
