As a Staff Product Designer, you'll shape the next generation of BetterUp's platform and design language. You'll set the vision for how our ecosystem of products, tools, and experiences come together seamlessly, balancing deep user empathy with system-level thinking.

You'll work closely with product, research, engineering, and cross-functional design leaders to define the north star for our experience architecture, mentor senior designers, and ensure our design system continues to evolve with elegance and

rigor.

You'll also have the opportunity to lead and develop a small team of designers while influencing design quality and strategy across the broader organization.

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is as follows:

New York City and San Francisco: $220,000 - $276,000

Austin and Arlington: $198,000 - $248,000

About BetterUp
