Responsibilities - Direct the UX goal for identifying areas of opportunity for agentic and autonomous document experiences, guiding a cross-functional, cross-product area team from early-stage research to global launch.
- Drive the development of user journeys, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate complex agentic behaviors and clearly explain the rationale for design choices to leadership and cross-functional peers.
- Identify user needs and mental models for "AI as a collaborator," defining the end-to-end experience for Agentic Docs and ensuring these components integrate seamlessly into the broader Editors and Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Contribute to product strategy by staying ahead of market trends in LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Hold a high bar for design craft, ensuring that even the most complex AI-driven features feel intuitive and deliver outcomes for the product portfolio.
