Job Duties:- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs for multinational computational software company.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Assess customer requirements and architecture to design secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform.
- Contribute to high-performance support portal by efficiently designing Coveo Search platform to provide unified content search, recommendations, and machine learning to deliver relevant information to customers.
- As a trusted advisor, drive conversations with Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance.
- Advise and mentor diverse teams, which includes technical and business resources in technical and functional delivery aspects, using influence and adoptive communication strategies.
- Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture and design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education.
- Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating project strategies on enabling technologies.
- Drive the creation of application and technical design documents.
- Troubleshoot key implementation issues and evaluate business and technical requirements.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Implement self-service capabilities in the Cadence Ask Community using Coveo.
- Develop the Ask Lite API using Apex REST and Salesforce Sites.
- Engineer Quote-to-Cash functionality using Conga CPQ.
- Design and implement custom approval processes using Salesforce Flows.
- Automate maintenance services for Cadence hardware products using ServiceMax.
- Build a Time and Expenses application using Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) and Salesforce development, including Apex.
- Customize Salesforce to meet business process requirements for client sales application, including Territory Management, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Sharing Rules, and Security settings.
The annual salary range for California is $264,514 to $284,514. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
