You'll be helping architect the future of therapy by crafting the user-facing experiences that power an intelligent copilot for providers, enhancing their capabilities and transforming the lives of countless clients.

Your contributions will drive product enhancements, elevate the craft of our front-end ecosystem, and position us as leaders in redefining the intersection of technology and mental health. This is your opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful impact on the design, implementation, and strategic direction of AI-assisted therapy through thoughtful, performant, and accessible user interfaces.

Join a passionate team engaged in cutting-edge design and architecture discussions, explore emerging technologies to enhance our platform, and contribute to a mission-driven organization that values collaborative debate, shared success, and societal impact in mental health.

What you'll do
  • Architect and build complex, user-centric front-end features in Angular/TypeScript, partnering closely with back-end engineers on API contracts and integrations.
  • Lead the evolution of our design system and component library, establishing patterns that scale across teams and products.
  • Drive front-end architectural decisions around state management, performance, accessibility (WCAG), and testing strategy.
  • Collaborate deeply with the UX team to translate research and design into polished, production-ready experiences, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Applied Science.
  • Own the full front-end software lifecycle (design, build, test, and operate) while maintaining high code quality through unit, component, and end-to-end tests.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven front-end experiences that streamline provider workflows and reduce administrative burden.
  • Mentor engineers via code reviews and pair programming, and champion internal standards for style, maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Ship features consistently with minimal guidance, troubleshoot UI and integration issues through data and code analysis, and evaluate emerging front-end tools and frameworks.

What does success look like?
  • Writes maintainable, accessible, and well-tested front-end code
  • Provides helpful, timely code reviews. Consistently follows best practices and can defend technical decisions in code review feedback
  • Contributes toward design patterns and front-end architecture decisions to minimize tech debt and maximize development speed
  • Successful feature delivery toward key business metrics and OKRs
  • Collaborates with teammates and stakeholders to deliver a polished product
  • Leads specific team projects independently and in collaboration with other leads
  • Accountable, end-to-end ownership of features through planning, deploy, maintenance, and monitoring potential issues
  • Raises the bar on front-end craft across the engineering organization
Who You Are
