BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a similar degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with common electrical test equipment and sensors.
- Strong automation scripting, data analysis and file processing skills.
- Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
- Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Background checks are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience working with automated equipment within a thermal testing environment, ideally within the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of system-level testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Executing work orders to support system-level electrical validation.
- Configuring avionics systems for testing within thermal and vibration environmental test chambers.
- Reviewing and processing data collected from test systems.
- Reporting test findings using standardized documentation and reporting methods.
- Identifying and reporting non-conformance issues related to test systems and units under test.
- Writing and maintaining Python automation scripts to support data acquisition, test execution, and post-processing activities.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues involving electrical systems and data acquisition systems during testing.

The salary range for this position is based on
national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $88,000.00 - $145,000.00.
