Pay Rate: $115,000-$125,000
Position Summary- Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating staff education and training programs to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ongoing nursing education
- Provide in-services, annual competencies, and mandatory training
- Track and maintain staff licensure, certifications, and education records
- Identify learning needs and address performance gaps through education
- Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
- Participate in QAPI and assist with policy and procedure updates
Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Staff education or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of state and federal SNF regulations
