Job Description

Staff Data Scientist who will help shape marketing measurement and experimentation in close partnership with our Growth Marketing Organization. As a thought leader in the Data Organization, you will own the strategy and vision for Advanced Analytics and Marketing Data Science, driving best practices, leveraging MMM and Attribution models, and translating insights into actionable budget allocation recommendations to enable data-driven decisions at scale.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Organization to design, implement, and maintain advanced measurement frameworks, including Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution models
  • Lead the development of Warby Parker's incrementality measurement framework across paid channels using geo experiments, conversion lift studies, and causal inference
  • Interpret complex modeling and experimentation results with stakeholders, executives, and the broader company to drive strategic marketing investments
  • Provide technical and thought leadership in the Marketing Data Science and Advanced Analytics domains, championing methodology standards
  • Enable our healthcare marketing efforts by designing data-driven solutions that respect and enhance patient/customer privacy, ensuring strict compliance with relevant regulations (like HIPAA)


Who you are:
  • Backed by 7+ years of relevant experience in data science and marketing measurement
  • Expert-level understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and marketing measurement methodologies
  • Confident communicator (in writing and in person) with excellent listening skills
  • Someone who works proactively and effectively with people of various skill sets


Extra credit:
  • Experience in an omni-channel retailer
  • Experience in a HIPAA covered organization
