About the Role

The Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customers' needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of excellence and integrity. This role requires strong operational and order management skills, exceptional abilities in customer communication, advanced data analysis and problem-solving techniques, and a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities for improvement and address day by day challenges in a professional and positive manner.

What You will Do

• Customer collaborative planning - understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectations
• Order management - oversee delivery execution of customer orders
• Coordinate with logistics on shipments

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineer; or related field from an accredited college with 5+ years of experience (alternatively a Master's with 3+ years)
• Customer Relationship Management skillsBackground in Supply Chain Planning / ManagementDedicated and high sense of job ownership
• SAP Experience or similar ERPTrack record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills; high attention to details; consistent follow through
• Proven ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
• Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.
• Possess a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
• .Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $87,375.00 - 1$16,500.00 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
