This person is responsible for the architecture, execution, and ongoing optimization of our digital infrastructure. This includes full oversight of the CRM (Salesforce), AI systems, content automation, quoting tools, landing pages, and digital reporting pipelines to ensure leads are tracked, nurtured, converted, and monetized.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role owns the entire digital and AI stack from first web interaction through payment and post-care engagement. Success in this position requires a unique blend of technical mastery, strategic thinking, revenue ownership, and creative innovation bringing together sales, marketing, and operations into one high-impact technology role.

5+ years in CRM management, AI systems, or MarTech leadership roles
Proven success in implementing AI-powered lead funnels and digital revenue capture
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent analytical, creative, and strategic thinking ability
Ability to balance urgency with quality in a high-performance environment
High degree of ownership, proactivity, and resourcefulness
