SSC Accounting Manager

Your Role in Our Mission
  • Oversee the process of the month-end close to ensure reporting is delivered by deadlines
  • Performs financial analysis and ensures accounts are reconciled, journal entries approved
  • Participate in the development of accounting procedures to improve efficiency and control over financial reporting
  • Compile information for regulatory requirements and audits
  • Work with external auditors to provide requests and ensure understanding or risks tested to complete the audit efficiently
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting within financial statements.
  • Ensure internal controls are followed in accordance with policy
  • Review and institute ways to streamline processes across the region to reduce workload
  • Manage accounting team


What You'll Bring
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
  • Large ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft AX is a plus
  • Understanding of Accounting and Financial processes including risk and financial controls
  • Management of staff - at least 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 7+ years of experience


Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this role is $105,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
