SSA Cordant Contracts Manager
As an SSA Cordant Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence through the successful execution of long-term subscription-based service agreements. You will oversee contract performance, manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure financial commitments are achieved while delivering exceptional service.
As an SSA Cordant Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
Serving as the primary owner of customer subscription service agreements, ensuring successful execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of contractual and financial commitments
Acting as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract delivery and issue resolution
Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), operational requirements, performance metrics, and financial targets
Partnering with regional Sales and Service teams to identify growth opportunities, expand existing contracts, and develop value-added service solutions
Leading contract governance activities, including business reviews, performance assessments, risk management, and customer engagement initiatives
Coordinating safety programs, quarterly site reviews, and team training activities to ensure compliance with Baker Hughes and Bently Nevada Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
Managing a portfolio of subscription-based service agreements across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemicals, Manufacturing, and Pulp & Paper
Driving operational excellence through effective scheduling, milestone management, proof-of-delivery documentation, invoicing support, and KPI reporting
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize contract performance, improve customer outcomes, and support long-term customer retention
Maintaining accurate contract records, financial forecasts, and performance reports while proactively identifying and mitigating risks

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, project management, customer success, service delivery, or related roles within industrial sectors
Demonstrate experience managing customer-facing commercial agreements, service contracts, or subscription-based service programs
Possess strong business acumen with the ability to manage financial commitments, contractual obligations, operational performance, and customer expectations
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across customers, leadership teams, and cross-functional organizations
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card, if required
Be willing and able to travel up to 30% as needed to customer sites and company locations
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience managing long-term service agreements, asset performance contracts, or subscription-based service offerings
Knowledge of industrial reliability, condition monitoring, asset performance management, or rotating equipment technologies
Familiarity with contract negotiations, commercial risk management, and customer account management
Experience supporting customers in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Mining, Pulp & Paper, or related industrial sectors
PMP, CCCM, or other relevant industry certifications
Experience with Bently Nevada products and services
