Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Linux, networking & distributed systems design
• 7-10 years of cloud architecture experience (AWS / Azure / GCP at scale)
• 6-8 years of experience with Kubernetes, platform engineering & service mesh
• 6-8 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code & governance (Terraform)
• 6-8 years of automation & systems programming experience (Python / Go)
• 6-8 years of experience developing observability strategies (metrics, logs, tracing)
• 6-8 years of experience with SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction)

Responsibilities

• Architect highly available, secure, scalable platforms
• Define SRE standards, roadmap, and best practices
• Own availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery strategies
• Lead high-severity, cross-team incidents
• Drive large-scale automation and platform improvements
• Mentor senior engineers and influence leadership
