Full Job Description
Team Mission & Operating Model

The Data & AI Partner GTM team operates at the frontier of partner development for AWS GenAI and Data services. Our mission is to identify the latest partner and market needs, test and validate hypotheses about how to address them, prove efficacy through measurable outcomes, and then hand off proven motions to scaled programs for broader adoption.

This role is designed to sprint across the team's most important activities - moving quickly from insight to action, touching each key initiative domain, and driving validation before the team invests at scale.

Where This Role Fits

The Strategic Acceleration Specialist is the cross-functional execution engine for the team's most critical initiatives. Unlike a traditional program manager who maintains ongoing operations, this individual sprints across Competency, AO, Funding, and Partner Activation - picking up strategic work, driving it through validation, and setting it up for scale. They are the connective thread enabling the team to stay focused on identifying the latest partner and market needs while this role proves what works.

Hypothesis Testing & Validation

Structure clear hypotheses for each initiative: "If we do X for partner segment Y, we expect Z outcome"

Design lightweight test frameworks to validate assumptions before committing to scale

Iterate rapidly based on signal - pivot, refine, or accelerate based on data

Efficacy Measurement & Reporting

Define and track key metrics for each initiative (partner activation rates, funding ROI, time-to-competency)

Produce concise readouts summarizing what worked, what didn't, and recommended next steps

Build the evidence base required for scaled program investment decisions

Scaled Program Handoff

Document proven playbooks, standard operating procedures, and implementation guides

Partner with scaled program teams to transfer ownership of validated initiatives

Ensure continuity through knowledge transfer, training materials, and transition support
