About the Role:We're seeking an HRIS Solutions Architect to own the design and delivery of scalable, secure solutions across HCM, Payroll, and Time Management.
Key Tasks include: - This role blends architecture and hands-on development, with a strong focus on building and optimizing integrations across systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Reporting Infrastructure).
- Architect end-to-end HRIS solutions that translate complex business needs into scalable system designs.
- Design and build integrations with system APIs across systems (e.g., Workday, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs).
- Lead configuration of end-to-end HRIS features and user workflows to support evolving business needs.
- Own HRIS security and data architecture, ensuring strong governance, data integrity, and audit readiness.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Software Engineering and People Managers to guide technical decisions and deliver a world class HRIS platform.
About You:- 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in HCM architecture and solution design (HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with cross-system integrations (e.g., System APIs, Workday Studio, etc).
- Expertise in Workday configuration, including Business Process Framework, security, and advanced reporting
- Proven ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex integrations and end-to-end data flows
- Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment
Nice to haves but not required: - Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems.
