The OpportunityEvery day, millions of visitors move through Adobe's web properties - exploring, comparing, converting. Hidden in that flow is a story: why traffic surged, why a form underperformed, where a funnel quietly leaks revenue. Your job is to find that story and tell it such that it builds what leadership does next.
Join our BACOM Web Insights team in Austin (hybrid) as Sr Web Analytics & Insights Manager. Using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), ContentSquare, and Adobe CoWorker, you will convert raw behavioral data into insights for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and quarterly reporting. This role provides an opportunity to engage where data informs decisions!
What You'll Do- Own the narrative, not just the numbers. Build advanced analytical models and full-funnel analyses. These go beyond "what happened" to explain why it happened and what to do about it - the "so what" behind every metric.
- Build reporting that gets used. Develop and maintain CJA and ContentSquare dashboards that collaborators actually open, trust, and act on.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work directly with web PMs, marketing, and leadership to scope analytics needs and deliver solutions that fit how they actually make decisions.
- Act as the guardian of the data. Preserve accuracy and integrity across the full funnel - from acquisition through conversion - following governance standards that ensure every number is defensible.
- Bring the story forward. Present findings with a clear point of view: what changed, why it matters, and what we should do next - not a data readout, a recommendation.
What You Need to Succeed- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field - or 7+ years of experience that is equivalent to a degree in practice.
- Practical experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or ContentSquare.
- Proven track record in advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting, with the ability to turn complex data into a clear, decision-ready story.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills - you can hold your own in a room with senior collaborators and make the data land.
- Comfortable working throughout the entire funnel range: from acquisition to conversion, rather than concentrating only on specific metrics.
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, plus relevant certifications.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for deeper, custom analysis beyond out-of-the-box reporting.
