Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and audit processes (FSMA/PCQI certification preferred).
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster communication to resolve issues and ensure performance expectations are met.
• Support contract negotiations and strategic alignment with partners.
• Drive cost-sharing initiatives and joint process optimization opportunities.
• Lead governance routines with partner leadership, including performance reviews.
• Direct production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and quality manufacturing.
• Implement rapid escalation protocols to maintain operational stability.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
