Job Summary:

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst for a full-time position working 8-hour day shifts. We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented professional who is able to work onsite at our Roseville, California location and contribute to the organization's treasury and financial operations.

Manages financial resources, analyses financial data, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and supports overall financial strategy. Oversees cash forecasting, monitors cash flows, and advises leaders on how to retain a healthy financial position. Manages relationships with financial institutions and develops cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the organization. Solves escalated operational problems and technical issues.

Education and Work Experience:
  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
  • One year experience in the development and presentation of training courses: Preferred


Licenses/Certifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA): Preferred


Essential Functions:
  • Supports cash forecasting processes. Monitors cash flows and ensures adequate liquidity to meet operational needs. Contributes to the cash management strategy. Ensures accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances, bank and Treasury systems and bank cost information. Analyzes financial data and prepares reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. Maintains accurate records of financial transactions and ensures compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.
  • Assists with debt financing activities, including preparing loan documents, maintaining compliance with covenants, and managing debt schedules. Supports Standby Letters of Credit and bank guarantees requirements. Manages relationships with banks and other financial institutions, including negotiating fees and terms of service agreements. Evaluates new banking products and services.
  • Maintains balance sheet modeling analysis tools including forward-looking projections and sensitivity analysis for acquisitions, divestitures, and other activities with significant financial impact. Stays informed of industry trends and best practices to ensure Adventist Health remains competitive and compliant with changing regulations. Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.
  • Acts as a technical subject matter expert in own and possibly related discipline(s). Demonstrates substantial understanding of techniques, processes, procedures to perform the job and seeks to complete tasks in creative and effective ways. Works on activities of a diverse scope requiring minimal interpretation of policies and guidelines. Able to effectively collaborate with the Treasury team, Treasurer and CFO. Provides support to other departments as needed on treasury-related matters.
